The Georgia Phi Chapter House was designed in 1940 by noted Atlanta Architect and Georgia Phi alumnus Lewis Edmund "Buck" Crook, Jr. The four-columned Jeffersonian stands as a continued testament to the legacy and tradition of Sigma Alpha Epsilon at Georgia Tech. In its over 60 years of existence, the house has seen numerous expansions and renovations and today can accommodate 32 brothers. The fabled Bobby Jones Room is filled with Georgia Phi memorabilia including the only seated portrait of the legendary golfer and alumnus Bobby Jones. Opposite this is the Ivan Allen Jr. room, which is used as a study and likewise contains several other items of Georgia Phi memorabilia. Downstairs is a large dining room and modern kitchen, which can easily accommodate large gatherings for brothers and alumni. Also, connected to the back of the house is a deck, over 1800 square feet in size, which is accompanied by a private parking lot.

The position of House Manager requires one to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Chapter House. This includes verifying that everyone understands and abides by safety regulations and maintains the cleanliness of all public areas, which pertains to the interior of the house, the front yard, and the back deck/parking lot. In addition, the House Manager works closely with the Georgia Phi House Corporation, Inc. to ensure that any problems with the house are fixed in a timely manner.
