| History of SAE | The office of Eminent Chronicler comes with several roles. First and foremost it is the job of the Eminent Chronicler to keep a history of the chapter collegiate. Secondly, he must keep a Fraternity scrapbook of the chapter collegiate. Thirdly, he keeps all archives and personal or historical data pertaining to his individual chapter, its alumni and institution, including campus news and events, scientific, literary, social or athletic occurrences of interest to Sigma Alpha Epsilon or to the general college and educational world. The Eminent Chronicler must submit chapter collegiate and members’ news and photographs for the chapter collegiate’s scrapbook which is maintained in the Fraternity Service Center. Lastly, it is the role of the Eminent Chronicler to preserve the history of the Chapter by designing T-shirts for the Chapter events. Several projects for the 2008 school year are:
- To keep records of events and historical data for the Georgia Phi Chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon.
- To make the scrapbook containing pictures of events at the Chapter.
- To make available photos of events for all to view and download.
- To design the Semi-Formal, Magnolia Ball Formal (at Disney World), and other social events T-shirts in a timely fashion so that members may have the shirts on the day of the event.
